A small health and beauty offer was developed within the leisure club of Seafield Park, a popular and high-end caravan site in Northumberland. Assigned for a full commissioning appointment, the role comprised of concept development, design briefing, equipment procurement, treatment menu, pricing structures, marketing advice, writing of the operation procedures manual, staff commissioning, training and signature treatment design. Guidance and support was given throughout the set-up process.
