Dolphin Square is a famous 4-star residential and serviced apartment estate that can be found in central London. Working closely with the Architect and the Management team a Moroccan influenced spa was developed in 400m basement. A full commission role included feasibility research, advisory support to the Management team, product house sourcing, treatment menu, pricing structures recruitment, spa operations/standards procedures and staff training. On-going operational support continues.
