Cielo Day Spa was located in a shopping centre in the West Midlands. A full commissioning project to advise, guide and set up the retail store, grooming studio and day spa for the Mediterranean-style project. This was an extensive role that included; recruitment, product and treatment guidance, training, equipment procurement, writing of the operations manual and business development support/mentoring the owner.
