Waterfall Spa is a Ladies only Day Spa located in the heart of fashionable Leeds offering ladies unadulterated chill-out and pampering.
The Spa Set was appointed to create, develop, write the treatment manual and train 27 face and body treatments including rituals, standard protocols and customer service. The treatments were designed to complement the Spa's bespoke product range; product development was also part of the project brief. This role included advising on current trends, testing and advising the products for efficacy in treatment and home use.
